With just under 600 certified, background checked fitness professionals nationwide, Fit2Max has the capacity to grow a fitness studio, health club or small gym's staff through their new Fitness Center Management program.

Fit2Max, LLC unveiled their plans for expansion today for their next new division. After having success with their in home personal training division, Team Fitness America, they are launching the start of the FCM program. With Fitness Center Management (FCM), Fit2max will be placing qualified, certified, and background checked personal trainers into health clubs and small to midsized gyms that lack proper personnel or the means to drive more revenue to their business.

With just under 600 certified, background checked fitness professionals nationwide, Fit2Max has the capacity to grow a fitness studio, health club or small gym’s staff. From their extensive experience in the fitness industry, they plan to handle all of the hiring, managing and training of the fitness professionals. In addition to providing the business with certified professionals, Fit2Max will also place one of their Area Developers that will be dedicated to securing new clientele and assisting in the revenue growth of the business.

After watching so many small health clubs in the area struggle to keep dedicated staff and procure new clients, Fit2Max owner and founder, Margaret Pajak, decided to expand the company to an area of the fitness industry that needs help to make a difference.

“With our years of familiarity in the fitness industry, we are reaching out to owners of small fitness centers that are stressed to keep up with the larger gyms due to the lack of additional advertising dollars and sales experience,” said Pajak.

Fit2Max has appointed a long time industry professional, Dave Giordano, as head of FCM due to his successful leadership with growing and managing Team Fitness America’s new Area Developer program.

The Area Developer placed within the club will serve as a direct representative of Team Fitness America as well as the club that is under FCM.

“This is essentially providing the health club with a personal training sales force on top of their developed personal training department,” said Pajak.

“We want to educate the public on health and fitness and keep it affordable, safe and fun for the consumer as well as turning a profit for the small business owner that shares the same vision but lacks the know-how,” said Pajak.

Team Fitness America has an extensive client testimonial base, which grows on their website on a weekly basis, and covers everything from before and after pictures of clients to voice recorded testimonials and videos of personal trainers nationwide training theirs clients. They plan to assist club owners with developing their testimonial and reviews section from existing and new members. Future and potential clients like to see results form your club and fitness staff.

“This is a win-win plan of action, the more we increase a combined health clubs personal training gross, they will see higher membership retention as the club appears to be more active and action packed from the busy staff of qualified personal trainers,” said Giordano, head of FCM.

Why do you need a personal trainer? Why can’t you workout on your own? Here are the Team Fitness America top 10 reasons why having a personal trainer can make the difference in getting your fitness goals reached.

For many of us, our good intentions of joining a gym and getting ourselves into shape always appear to fall just short of completion. We may buy a gym membership and go a few times a week for the first month but then life always seems to get in our way. If Bobby has soccer, then our aerobics class time is gone. Maybe work extended hours this month and we are just too tired to drive to the gym, change, and workout after a long day. So we get on the internet and buy the latest DVD and swear that we will do the latest kickbox routine after the kids are put to bed, but then it never happens. There are picnics to plan and birthday cakes to bake. Our personal fitness goals are always sent to the back of our closet like last years shoes.

Hiring a personal trainer that will come to you will solve many of these issues. Besides saving gas and time driving to the gym, you get a personal trainer that comes right to your doorstep. You can go right from feeding the baby or from a long day of work to working out. But why do you need a trainer? Why can’t you workout on your own? Here are the Team Fitness America top 10 reasons why having a personal trainer can make the difference in getting your fitness goals reached.

Are you trying to get your family more involved into fitness?

Your health and fitness goals are important, but your family’s level of fitness should be just as important. If they are not as motivated as you are then invite them to workout with you, kind of like a Fitness Buddy. When your personal trainer knocks on your door, have them prepared for a motivating hour of their life. In most cases, once somebody who was not initially interested in a fitness program, but gets introduced to one, tends to be 100 percent more interested in continuing afterwards.

Are you planning a wedding or have a reunion coming up?

Most of us want to look our best for our wedding and we know that we have a short period to get in the best shape possible for that dress. You will be seeing people that you have not seen in a long time at both a reunion and a wedding. You want them to comment on how beautiful you are and ask, “How do you stay in such great shape?” A certified personal trainer will give you the guidance that you need in order to put a rush order on the body of your dreams. Remember, photos last a lifetime.

Did you just have a baby?

A baby will change your body drastically and new mothers tend to feel increased fatigue, which will make you have no desire to workout. From weight gain to needing to tone your midsection, a personal trainer that specializes in pre and post natal fitness training or yoga can help increase your metabolism so that you can reach pre-pregnancy weight even quicker. Simply buying a DVD will not get you the results you want.

Are you embarrassed to go to the gym or don’t know how to use the equipment?

We find ourselves intimidated by the many different choices of equipment that a gym has to offer and especially how it all works. Not to mention all the people staring at a new person that may appear to be lost. If you do decide to go to the gym, then hiring a personal trainer to show you how to use the equipment significantly increases your level of fitness results. When it comes down to it, a basic weight loss program can be developed without ever needing to the use the equipment found in a gym. An in home personal trainer can show you how to use stability balls, resistance bands, and pieces of portable equipment without having the feeling of embarrassment throughout your learning process. Your form will be spectacular and you will see great results. A personal trainer can design a full program for you to use at any time and any place. No more reading the instructions on the equipment or figuring out how to work them.

Are you overweight and need a customized workout plan?

Added weight means extra pounds unnecessarily pushing on your joints and creating other health problems such as increased blood pressure, cholesterol, and risk of heart disease. You need a qualified, certified personal trainer to take your blood pressure, measure your body fat and make sure that you are safe while working out. Being a warrior and trying it on your own will not get you the fast results that you are looking for.

Did you have Bariatric (lap band) surgery and the weight is pouring off?

Unfortunately, the muscles and skin are not toning themselves and you risk having that wrinkly skin affect that many people who attain rapid weight loss endure. In some cases, this has also caused a certain level of regret from getting the surgery followed by depression due to the sagging skin look. Start an exercise program with a personal trainer and they can help you tone up after the surgery.

Do you just want to be more healthy?

Wanting to be healthy and actually putting a fitness regime in place can be a lot of work. Everything from yoga to Pilates and weight training to kettle bells, it can be confusing to the average person with the many different paths that are available to take. Where do you start and where to begin can be confusing and stressful, but with a personal trainer, your guide to navigating all things fitness will seem easy and stress free.

Are you looking for a new job?

Getting a job is tough enough but being overweight or out of shape does not help your chances of landing the job. Employers are more likely to hire thin, in shape, and neatly dressed individuals as this shows a high level of self-commitment. In most employer’s eyes, somebody who is physically fit shows that they take care of themselves, they are professional, and they are going to treat their job with the same respect as they do their self-image. A personal trainer that can help you slim down and trim up will increase your odds of landing that job.

Did you just quit smoking?

Whether you just quit smoking or are attempting to quit smoking, you know that weight gain is inevitable. You need someone there to give you support as you go through the cravings and combat the weight gain. Once you get started, it might be tuff at first, but as your fitness program progresses you will find that you are breathing better and motivated not to smoke any longer. You will also find that guilt factor kick in. If you have a craving to pick up a cigarette, you will always have to remember that if you smoke that cigarette you are taking steps backwards instead of moving forward. Not only are you letting yourself down, but also the personal trainer who is working hard to help you reach your fitness goals.

Do you only workout when it is convenient?

Some of us find excuse after excuse of why we cannot workout today. We can only find time when it is convenient for us, but that convenient time never seems to come. Having a personal trainer come to your home, on your time, is more than convenient. It’s hard not to work out when somebody is knocking on your door with equipment in tow and is ready to get you motivated. It is a luxury that a lot of the movie stars and wealthy have had for years. Imagine having a bit of that luxury that they do and on your time and your schedule.

Having a personal trainer work with you on a consistent basis can make all the difference when you are trying to achieve your goals. For more information about acquiring a certified, background checked personal trainer, please visit www.teamfitnessamerica.com.

Having a fitness buddy that will work out with you and your personal trainer at the same time can double your success rate. Some companies, like Team Fitness America, offer specials where a second person can work out with you at no additional cost.

Hiring a personal trainer is the first step to getting on track with your fitness goals, but staying on track with a high level of consistency can be difficult if you do not have the right support to keep you motivated. Your in home personal trainer will give you guidance, knowledge, and motivation to reach your fitness goals, but it is important to maintain consistency when your personal trainer leaves your home. This is where a fitness buddy can prove to be a crucial part of the success of your fitness program.

Having a fitness buddy that will work out with you and your personal trainer at the same time can double your success rate. Not only can a fitness buddy offer moral support and encouragement, but they will also keep you on track by never allowing you to cancel when you just do not feel like working out. Here are the top 8 reasons to have a friend or family member join you during your in home personal trainer sessions.

1. Accountability – A friend or family member can hold you accountable for your fitness program and food choices. Think of it as a support tool that will guide you in the right direction throughout your fitness program. Your fitness buddy is someone you can call when you are standing in line at the buffet and the fried chicken is calling your name. Or when the dessert cart arrives and you just have to have a piece of the cheesecake. Even when you do not want to do the lunges your personal trainer has on your program, your fitness buddy will be there to keep you moving.

2. Fun – Having someone you can laugh with and workout with will double your fun. If you find that a workout program is fun then you will stick with it longer and see faster results. For example, recall how much you loved to play dodge ball in grade school. It was fun because of the design to make you exercise without actually realizing it. Keeping fitness fun will keep you interested in your fitness program.

3. Better Exercise Form – Having someone learn the exercises simultaneously will provide you with a coach when your personal trainer is not there with you and empower you to become a coach for somebody else. Proper form is necessary to get the most from any exercise and if you are learning new exercises it is great to have an extra set of eyes to remind you to breathe, exhale, or even rest in between sets when you are suppose to.

4. Mind Muscle Connection – Some of the exercises that may be new in your routine you may forget how to complete properly. Having a fitness buddy remind you is great so that you do not miss critical pieces of your routine when your personal trainer is not present.

5. Cost-Effective – Imagine splitting the cost of your in home personal training sessions with someone. Some companies, like Team Fitness America, offer specials where a second person can work out with you at no additional cost. Therefore, if you take the cost of your session and divide it by two, you will find you are hardly paying anything for your sessions. Minimize the spending of your needs, wants, and desires by maximizing the usage of companies that will save you money and make your personal training fun.

6. Encouragement – We all have those days where getting out of bed is a chore and getting on a treadmill for 30 minutes is the last thing that you want to do. You and your fitness buddy will hold each other accountable to keep your fitness program going even when your personal trainer is not there. A great personal trainer will give both you and your fitness buddy a program to follow for continuous results. When you start to feel unmotivated, your fitness buddy will pick you back up. Remember, they will have bad days too and you will be able to return the dedication and motivation when they need it as well.

7. Longevity – Your fitness buddy will become your workout partner by helping you continue the workouts after your personal training package is over. You will not want the fun and results to stop because you have finally reached the fitness goals that you have desired for so long. You can laugh, spend time with a friend, and keep your fitness routines going while not costing you a penny. Most of all, you know that you are doing the routines properly and can encourage each other to stay motivated and accountable.

8. Keep Up The Pace – Keeping a good pace is essential to your routine, especially if you are on limited time constraint and schedule. Having your fitness buddy do a set of lounges while you count and then returning the favor, keeps you both engaged in the exercise and minimizes your rest period so that you do not get distracted or unmotivated. Try an approach of you go, then I go. This will keep up the pace and keep your heart rate up so that you are burning calories and toning your muscles at the same time.

Team Fitness America’s Eugene Hellams Jr is announced as Augusts featured personal trainer and one of America’s top personal trainers this past Monday. Each month, Team Fitness America releases their top personal trainer of the month from personal trainers specially selected from throughout their 18 serviceable metropolitan areas.

Eugene Hellams Jr, a commonly requested Washington DC / Baltimore personal trainer for Team Fitness America, is being featured as America’s number one personal trainer and fitness specialist. This voting process placed Eugene as Augusts winner due to his outstanding client reviews, mixture in exercise ability, and his continued success with helping his clients reach their fitness goals.

Hellams graduated from Grambling State University and quickly followed up with a certification in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition through AAAI / ISMA. His passion for fitness enables him to develop client programs from an educational standpoint with a motivational twist that sticks with his clients for a long time.

“I tell people all the time this is not a job, it’s a hobby,” Hellams said. “Watching clients accomplishing their goals and objectives is the greatest feeling I can have as a trainer.”

“One of my favorite quotes is the 5 P’s, which stand for Perfect Planning Prevents Poor Performance,” adds Hellams.

A few Team Fitness America clients decided to share their thoughts and feelings about Hellams.

“I must say Eugene has been the best thing that has happened to my life. He kicks my butt and makes me do my exercise and toning even when I think I can’t,” said Tiffany, a client of Team Fitness America.

“I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with Eugene and have learned a lot. He’s really knowledgeable and has a delightful, supportive personality,” said Lynn, a Team Fitness America client who purchased 11 sessions with Hellams.

Other clients such as Antoinette included, “I feel like Oprah…I can’t believe I have a wonderful trainer. So far, so good.”

Team Fitness America has a wide variety of affordable personal trainers that are spectacular at achieving results, but only one personal trainer per month will be chosen as The Personal Trainer Of The Month.

“Clients looking for a personal trainer throughout Washington DC and the Baltimore metro call in and request a personal trainer like Eugene all the time,” says Margaret Pajak, Team Fitness America founder and president.

“We aim to keep providing America with personal trainers like him and have them share in the many joys of reaching fitness goals at an affordable price,” says Pajak.

WomenCertified is designed to teach sales and service professionals how to deliver better customer service, tailored especially for the female customer.

To become WomenCertified, professionals must complete a series of intensive training modules to learn the communication and customer service skills proven to be the most effective and desirable among women customers.

People from all around the country contact Team Fitness America everyday looking for an affordable alternative as opposed to going to the gym. By providing clients with the right personal trainer that they are looking for, Team Fitness America has grown to servicing 18 metropolitan areas with a reliable and affordable personal trainer. To provide clients with a more personalized program creation, Team Fitness America is set to launch their new Outside Associate program in August of 2009.

With the job market still being a difficult place for those that are seeking employment, job seekers that have a professional sales background and that are looking to work in a growing organization can apply to become part of Team Fitness America’s new division. Team Fitness America has opened up their doors for an additional 360 Outside Sales Associates throughout their now servicing 18 metropolitan areas.

Margaret Pajak, who is Team Fitness America’s company founder and president, is in the process of developing a unique program where Outside Associates can follow two directions to grow within the company. They will have the opportunity to grow either through a certain level of sales volume or through a management program that will enable them to develop a team of Outside Associates.

“My objective since day one is to make sure that our clients always have a positive experience no matter what it takes,” says Pajak. “We have established a solid foundation for every angle of our company from the inside out and we aim to continue company growth by aligning ourselves with motivated Outside Associates that will hopefully find this as a great additional income or full time opportunity.”

This addition of 360 associate positions is just another step in the right direction for Team Fitness America. The fitness industry powerhouse launched their Personal Trainer of The Month in June of this year which has helped clients relate to just a few of the best in home personal trainers that Team Fitness America has to offer throughout the country.

In July, Team Fitness America added a testimonials and reviews section to their website that will soon have a mixture of both live video testimonials and clickable players to hear what some of their clients have to say. Expect many more additions throughout 2009 as Team Fitness America continues its efforts to become a household name.

Having a tight and tone lower half for most women seems unthinkable. Many women desire to have a round, lifted butt that looks great in jeans, shorts and even a bikini. Throughout this article Debbie McFarlen, a top personal trainer for Team Fitness America, will uncover six basic exercises to help reach a perfected ballerina bottom.

Some women spend countless hours at the gym on the stair stepper, hoping for that nice round physique of stars like Jennifer Lopez, but soon find themselves giving up to believe that it must be her genetics. Genetics does play a part in what your physique looks like, but you do not have to accept the body the way it is because change is possible. For years, ballerinas have been performing the lifts and squats that create that nice, round, and tight lower half. Most women forget the tush is a muscle and since we cannot see it ourselves, it is often overlooked but still envied.

Here are six secrets that ballerinas and dancers have used for years to lift, tone, and tuck the lower half of their body. Take note of squeezing your butt muscles and pointing your toe on each exercise, as both of are extremely important for sure success.

1. Squat and Squeeze – Standing at your kitchen counter for balance, squat towards the ground. Make sure your knees are directly above your ankles and never over your toes. Squat and squeeze, exhale on the way up, and stand up on your toes. Pause and inhale, squat almost to floor, exhale and lift, again to your toes. Pause at the top of the exercise and at the bottom for one second. Repeat these 20 times, then rest and repeat again. If you own a stability ball, then you can make a great variation of this exercise. Place the ball on the middle of your back against a wall, then squat down letting the ball roll itself down until your knees reach a 90-degree angle. Remember to keep your knees directly aligned with your ankles and never over the toes.

2. The Ballerina Lift – Hold onto the kitchen counter or something sturdy such as a railing. Squeeze butt muscles and lift your leg as high as you can behind you. Keep your leg straight and toe pointed. Exhale while you lift and inhale as you lower your leg. The key to this exercise is to keep your back straight, face the counter, and focus on lifting your leg as straight as possible with your toe pointed and butt squeezed together. Do 20 of these, rest, then repeat.

3. Romanian Dead Lift – Keeping your left leg straight, foot firmly on the ground, exhale and bend forward so your right leg goes straight out behind you. Point your right toe, straighten your right leg and bring your hands to the floor. You can hold on to a 5lb dumbbell if you like with both hands to add resistance. This exercise will target your butt while increase your level of balance. The first few times you try it, have a person or a sturdy piece of furniture nearby for balance. Once you have enough balance to bend forward and lift your leg straight up behind you, you can move away from the furniture and get the full benefit of the exercise. Remember to squeeze your butt together, keep the extended leg straight, and your toe pointed. Repeat 10 times and switch legs then repeat 10 more times.

4. Bend and Lift – Again holding on to a counter or a sturdy piece of furniture, turn your right foot out, then bend your right knee and lift your left leg to the side as high as you can while inhaling. If you can reach the counter or any surface that is waist high then rest your foot there for one second. Point your toe, then exhale and place foot on the ground. Repeat this exercise 10 times. Switch legs, turning out the left foot, bending your left knee and lifting your right leg to the side on your inhale. Rest your pointed toe on the counter for one second and release to floor. Repeat 10 times.

5. Step N’ Lift – Grab a chair (or take two steps at a time going up the stairs) and step up while keeping your knee in line with your ankle. Exhale at the top, squeeze your butt muscles together, and point your toe of your lifted leg then return to the floor. Repeat 10 times and switch legs. Remember to go slow, squeeze your butt and point your toe.

6. The All-American Lunge – Choose from the walking lunge, reverse lunge or standing lunge. The purpose here is that your front leg works your hamstring and glutes so keep your knee aligned with your ankle while you lower your back leg as far as possible without touching the floor or before you feel any pain. Exhale on your way down and inhale on your way up. The stand and walking lunge is simple and only requires you to step forward while the reverse lunge requires you to simply step back. Make sure you squeeze your butt and breathe as required.

Obviously, ballerinas dance daily and for extended periods, so you may need a few weeks to see results. Based upon additional exercises and diet, you may see the results more quickly. The trick is to stay focused and keep your workouts interesting. The use of an in home personal trainer will help add variety to your workout program while giving you assured results.

FIT2MAX, LLC, known for their affordable and effective in home personal trainer services through their brand name Team Fitness America, develops and launches new website for better company awareness.

Every day, people from all over the country want to know who the innovative leader is behind the scenes at FIT2MAX, LLC. For the first time people have the opportunity to procure their very own in home personal trainer for a fraction of the cost of what other industry professionals charge. To help put a face with the name, FIT2MAX has updated and reorganized fit2max.com so that future clients can learn more about America’s next top fitness entrepreneur.

Since 2005, members of FIT2MAX have brought America an affordable alternative to going to the gym. Through their brand name Team Fitness America, they have developed programs entirely through offering the client complete control over the development of their fitness program. Everything from a certain time of day and a certain day of the week to the type of fitness specialist and background qualification preference is put in the clients hands from program conception.

Team Fitness America, the major brand name of FIT2MAX, has developed their website to share more information about their affordable and effective services but has lacked more information about the company itself. This is what spawned the desire to redevelop FIT2MAX’s company based website so that visitors can have more of a personal understanding of its company and company brand names.

Throughout 2009, visitors will have the opportunity to read more about the upcoming non-profit relationship that FIT2MAX has developed as well as updates about the upcoming unsponsored video series called “Weight Loss Across America” which is set to be launched in the later part of this year.

“Weight Loss Across America” weekly postings will be updated through the website along with Team Fitness America’s top personal trainers of the month.

“I want every client to know that both myself and each representative related to FIT2MAX and its subsidiaries are dedicated to further the in home personal training industry through study and research as well as sharing experiences of other successful clients through our new educational series,” says Margaret Pajak, FIT2MAX’s President and founder.
